About UPCHAR

UPCHAR (United Private Clinics and Hospitals Association of Rajasthan) is a dynamic organization committed to representing and empowering private healthcare providers across Rajasthan. Established in 2020, UPCHAR functions as a key subsidiary of SOPCER (Society of Private Clinical Establishments of Rajasthan), which is a registered society under The Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Registration No. COOP/2020/Jaipur/200733).

Organizational Divisions:

UPCHAR CE – For private clinical establishments

UPCHAR Doc – For individual private sector MBBS doctors

Aims and Objectives:

To represent and safeguard the interests of all private clinical establishments and their personnel.

To monitor and intervene in legislations affecting private healthcare providers in Rajasthan.

To serve as a voice for private clinical establishments in discussions with government bodies and authorities at all levels.

To develop, adopt, and promote standard protocols for healthcare services.

To encourage ethical, patient-centric healthcare practices across the private sector.

Affiliation:

UPCHAR CE
Open to hospitals, maternity homes, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, laboratories, dispensaries, and other institutions offering services under the Allopathy system of medicine within Rajasthan—whether operated by individuals or groups, incorporated or not.

UPCHAR Doc
Open to all MBBS-qualified doctors working in the private healthcare sector in Rajasthan.
